The Cozy Critter is happy to offer customizable pet id tags to match each of our collars! Your pet's name is printed in the font of your choice on the front side and the contact information is printed in an easily readable font on the back! Both sides will feature the background of your choice to match any of our Cozy Critter products! Pet ID tags are aluminum.

Contact Info can have a maximum of 20 characters per line, up to 4 lines. Pet name can have a maximum of 15 characters.

*Please note- if a glittered or reflective fabric is chosen as the
background, the tag itself will not be reflective or have glitter on it, as the tags are made from images of the fabric and not the fabric itself.

*Metallic tags are not available. If you choose to have a tag without a background, it will be white.

1" Slider Tag - Can only be put onto products that are 1" wide. Tag can be moved along the collar to any position you like, however this tag is NOT removable. It will be a permanent part of the collar. If purchasing this tag for a harness, you are welcome to specify where you would prefer the tag to be attached.

3/4" Slider Tag - Can only be put onto products that are 3/4" wide. Tag can be moved along the collar to any position you like, however this tag is NOT removable. It will be a permanent part of the collar. If purchasing this tag for a harness, you are welcome to specify where you would prefer the tag to be attached.

1/2" Slider Tag - Can only be put onto products that are 1/2" wide. Tag can be moved along the collar to any position you like, however this tag is NOT removable. It will be a permanent part of the collar. If purchasing this tag for a harness, you are welcome to specify where you would prefer the tag to be attached. The tag is 3/4" tall, so it does stick up a little bit past the collar. This tag cannot work for 5/8" wide collars.

3/4" Rivet Tag - Looks best on products that are 3/4" wide or wider. If put onto 1/2" or 5/8' products, it will stick out on the top and bottom similar to the dexter tag pictured above. Tag will be permanently attached to the product and is NOT removable. If purchasing this tag for a harness, you are welcome to specify where you would prefer the tag to be attached.

Slider Tags - This is a picture of the back side of the collar with the slider tag attached.

Using a special type of ink and paper a transfer is printed out to place on the aluminum tag(s). When the tag is put into the heat press at the right temperature, it changes the ink (a solid) to a gas. The gas is pressed into a coating on the aluminum and when it cools, the ink becomes solid again, but it's now a permanent part of the surface. This is why the tags are so durable, as the information is part of the surface, so it's very difficult to scratch it and it won't peel or rub off!
