Cozy Critter products are made after the orders are placed. Most orders will ship out in 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times will never slow down, due to high volume.. we simply work harder! Orders placed close to holidays will be shipped out as quickly as possible to ensure your products are received before the occasion! We learned long ago never to guarantee shipping times and therefor will not make promises for specific delivery dates. We do our best to ship quickly 365 days a year!
