We are not happy until you are happy! Whether you ordered the wrong size or the wrong color we're here to help! You are ALWAYS welcome to return or exchange all merchandise purchased from The Cozy Critter! All of our products are custom made at time of purchase, but we would never want you to be stuck with a product that didn't make your tail wag! We offer so many different collar styles, we don't ever want our customers to be afraid to try a new product! All we ask is that returned products be in new/unused condition and returned within 30 days! The only exception to our return policy is items that have been embroidered, as these items cannot be resold. If the embroidered item is too big, and we are able to size down the existing product, we are happy to do so at no charge!

Please include a note indicating why you are returning the item (so that we can improve upon our products when possible!). Refunds will be given in the same method as payment was made originally. If you originally paid via credit card, please include your credit card number and expiration date with your package to avoid refund delays. Shipping fees will not be returned, but if you choose to exchange your item, there will be no additional shipping charges!
