| What
materials are used in Cozy Critter Collars? We take great pride in the quality of the products we produce. Cozy Critter Collars are made with a heavy-weight polypropylene webbing that has a breaking strength of 850lbs. We purchase top quality fabrics from quilt shops and on the internet. We do everything we can to make sure all our products are made with top quality fabrics. |
| What
types of hardware are used on Cozy Critter Products? Cozy Critter collars are made using contoured, side-release buckles. These buckles are slightly rounded to conform to your pet's neck. These buckles come in heavy-duty plastic (black) or nickel (chrome finish). Both buckles have been tested for strength, and are very durable. We use only steel-welded d-rings on all our collars. This ensures that the d-ring never comes apart, preventing your pet's tags from coming off. We use a heavy-duty wide-mouth slide, to make all collars fully adjustable. Leashes feature a side-release buckle at the handle, so you can quickly hitch your pet to a fixed object. The bolt snaps at the end of the leashes are nickel finished and swivel, your leash never gets twisted. View our collar specs page and our leash specs page for more information. |

are Cozy Critter Collars produced? Cozy Critter collars are made on an industrial upholstery sewing machine. We use polyester thread, the same used for most outdoor patio furniture. We reinforce all seams on our products at least 3 times, ensuring a lasting product. To test the strength of these seams, we have attempted to take one of our collars apart, using a standard seam ripper. 1/2 hour later we were still trying to get the seam apart! |
| Will
my collar look exactly like the one pictured? All collars will vary slightly from the collars pictured, due to print placement. We do our best to choose prints with small designs, so that the print is visible on every collar. If you have specific requests as to print placement, please send us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate you. |
| How
do you ship the collars? We ship our collars USPS First class mail. Many companies stockpile orders and ship products only once or twice a week. We chose to utilize first class mail, so that we can ship out our products daily. We want you to receive your products as soon as possible. If we have your order in stock, it will usually ship the next day. If we have to make it, it will usually ship out within 1-5 business days. Shipping time generally ranges from 2-6 days as well, but can take up to 14 days during slower times of the year. |

are your shipping charges? We charge a flat $4.95 for all orders up to $99.99, and all orders $100.00 and over are shipped for FREE! |

Custom Cotton Products: We want you to be happy with your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your collars or leashes within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. |

you make custom collars and leashes? Absolutely! If there is a specific print you would like for a collar, just send us an email, and we'll do what we can to find it! Also, if you have a fabric that you would like made into a collar, we can accommodate you! Contact us, and we'll work out the details. We can also customize our existing products for your pet. Whether you want a 1/2" collar for a Great Dane, or a 1" collar for a Miniature Poodle, we can make it! Same goes for the leashes... 2ft. long or 20ft. long, we can make it! |
