How do I place my order?
Simply place your order through the website as normal. On the checkout page there will be a section for 'special requests'. Simply list your 2 free collars (prints and sizes) in this section.

Do all 10 collars need to be the same size?
No. You are welcome to select multiple sizes on the same order and still get 2 free!

Do all 10 collars need to be the same style?
No. If you order multiple styles, your 2 free collars can be of equal or lesser value that the lowest priced collar on your order. For example, if you order 10 standard collars at $14.95, you cannot select your free collars to be martingale collars priced at $19.95. However, if all 10 collars placed on your order are valued at $19.95 or more, then you could select your free collars to be martingales priced at $19.95. Same pricing requirement applies to the leashes and harnesses.

Can I still exchange or return the collars?
Yes, you can still exchange or return the collars if you are unhappy for any reason. In the case that the number of collars returned drops your total purchase below 10, you will need to return the free collars in order to get your refund.

Do the collars have to be purchased all at once on the same order?
Yes. Multiple orders will not qualify for this deal.

Can my I put together an order with friends or family to qualify for this deal?
Yes. As long as we're shipping the entire order to the same place, then you will qualify!!
